The Strategy
We operate a Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance (BRRR) model, acquiring residential properties across Warwickshire and refurbishing them to HMO specification.
We create value through strategic refurbishment and reconfiguration, unlocking commercial valuation uplift rather than relying on the market to move. We work with a team of trusted trades and specialist build partners on every refurbishment, keeping quality and standards consistent from project to project.
We establish rental income before refinancing, giving lenders real evidence of the asset’s performance and protecting investor capital throughout the process. Once refinanced, assets are retained for long-term income.
We target markets where rental and room demand consistently outpaces supply, entry costs are favourable relative to that demand, and long-term capital growth is supported by strong local employment and transport links.
Invest With Us
We offer two ways to work with investors, depending on what suits you.
Fixed Return
Fund deals and receive a fixed return on your capital each time. Your full capital is returned automatically after each one, ready to go again.
Joint Venture
Provide the capital, share in the profit, and build a portfolio with us over time. A 50/50 JV structure gives you an ongoing stake in the assets, without funds tied up in day-to-day sourcing or management.
Who We Are
Siyakha Properties Ltd is a business founded by husband and wife team Joe and Cleo Wright. Siyakha is a Ndebele word meaning “We Are Building”, rooted in Cleo’s Zimbabwean heritage and the foundation of everything we do. Built with intention, and designed to last.
We are building a property portfolio that will outlive us. Every property, every deal, every investor relationship is part of something built to last, for us and for the people who back us.
